2. Second Shortlist / Final List

Based on the performance in the screening exercise, a further selection is made. This might be referred to as a “second shortlist” or the “final list” of successful candidates who are deemed eligible for training. This list will also be published on the official FRSC portal and candidates may receive direct notifications.

3. Training

Candidates on the final list will receive invitations to commence intensive paramilitary training. This training is mandatory and rigorous, designed to instill discipline, physical endurance, knowledge of FRSC operations, and paramilitary drills.

What to Expect During Training:

• Strict Discipline: Adherence to military-style rules and regulations.
• Physical Drills: Continuous physical training, parades, and exercises.
